The purpose of this statement is to set out how we deal with any personal data we collect from and about you, or that you provide to us and how this data will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it. This statement is being provided to you in line with our obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Full Circuit is an Irish technology services firm, with offices in Dublin and Tullow.  Full Circuit provides a full range of IT services and support, project management, programme management, business analysis and software development amongst others.

What information do we collect and how do we process it?


We will collect and process the following data about you:


1. Information you give us


This is information about you that you give us by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail, through our website, at events which we have attended or otherwise.  It includes the information you supply us with when you engage us to provide services from any of our lines of business.  The information you give us may include, but is not limited to, your name, home or work address, e-mail address, phone number, or other identification documents etc.


2. Information we collect about you


We might also obtain personal data about you from other sources such as public registers, government and regulatory authorities etc.  A user can access our website and view a range of content without providing any information at all.  However, all users who wish to engage with us must provide basic contact information.  Also, anyone applying for a specific role or enquiring about a role must provide basic contact information.


You are not obliged to provide us with your personal information.  However, if you do not, we might not be able to carry out the services you have requested of us.


Full Circuit may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your Eircode or post code, age, preferences, interests and favourites.


There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by Full Circuit.  This information can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses.  This information is used by Full Circuit for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Full Circuit website.


The purposes and legal basis for processing your data


We process your data in order to comply with legal obligations to which we are subject, to perform the services you have requested of us or to take steps at your request prior to undertaking to provide services for you.  We do this because you have consented to our processing of your data or for the purposes of our legitimate interests, such as to inform you of changes to our services or to provide you with information about other services we offer.  We use personal information for fulfilling our obligations related to contracts and agreements with customers, partners and suppliers.


What do we do with your data?


We gather and use your information to:

  • allow us to provide you with our services
  • to notify you of changes to our services
  • to monitor and improve the quality of our services
  • to allow you to participate in events organised by us
  • comply with legal obligations to which we might be subject
  • provide you with information about other services we offer that are similar to those you have already requested of us or enquired about


Do we share your data with anyone?


We may share your information with our clients and customers of Full Circuit in connection with services that these individuals or entities require from us.  We will not disclose a user’s personally identifiable information to any third party without the user’s express permission and it will be for supplying the service for which the user has registered. We may also disclose or share your data in order to comply with any legal obligation or in order to enforce or apply our General Terms and Conditions.


Our business is restricted from using your data in any way other than to provide services for Full Circuit or services for the collaboration in which you and Full Circuit are engaged, to perform the services you have requested of us or to take steps at your request prior to undertaking to provide services for you.


We also require that all of our clients, customers or third parties observe security and privacy obligations to the same standards as those set forth in this privacy statement.


Security


Full Circuit has appropriate security measures in place to protect against unauthorised access.


Full Circuit has security protocols in place from the point of collection, transmission of data and to the final destination facility where the data will be stored.  All data is housed in a secure facility with appropriate access controls and audit trails.


Full Circuit secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.  Full Circuit secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.  When personal information is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.


Unfortunately, no transmission of information by means of the internet, including through e-mail, can be guaranteed to be completely secure.  Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to or from us by means of e-mail and any such transmission is at your own risk.


Retention


We store personal data for as long as we find it necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the personal data was collected, while also considering our need to answer your queries or resolve problems, to comply with legal requirements under applicable laws, to attend to any legal claims/complainant and for safeguarding purposes.

This means that we may retain your personal data for a reasonable period after your last interaction with us.  When the personal data that we have collected is no longer required, we will delete it in a secure manner.


Marketing


We may contact you by email about our services and other events involving or Full Circuit services, which may be of interest to you and of which you have consented or “opted in” to receive.  Each time you receive marketing information or a message, you have the option to decline to receive further marketing information from us. Alternatively, at any stage you can update your preferences by sending us an email to contact@fullcircuit.ie with a header that says “Unsubscribe”.


Where we keep your data?


We may store your data in different places.  Physical files are stored in our office and our archives.  Electronic files are stored on our secure devices and in the cloud. During the course of business, it may be necessary to transfer your data to, and store it at, a destination outside of the European Economic Area although this is unlikely. Whenever this is necessary, the company will ensure that this data has the same level of protection as it does inside the state.

  • The right to have your data restricted or blocked from processing where appropriate


Where we process your data solely based on your consent, you are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time.


This will not affect the lawfulness of our processing before the withdrawal. If you believe that any information we are holding about you is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible by email at contact@fullcircuit.ie.  You may also exercise your rights by contacting us at the addresses or e-mail address provided above.

If you are not happy with the way we have handled your data, and are unable to resolve the issue with us personally, you can lodge a complaint with the Data protection commissioner.


Changes to this Privacy Statement


This privacy statement will change from time to time, when this policy changes, we will place an updated version on our website.
